Boris C. Sanchez, a local Houston investor, spent approximately 3/4 of a million dollars renovating a 44 apartment complex in the East End. Ensuring security and a higher quality of life for its residents, he named the project in honor of his late mother, immigrant, and real estate giant, Marisol Moreno.
