Past honorees include\, the late Steve Stewart\, Gulf Winds International\; Fred Newhouse\, formerly of Valero Houston Refinery\; Commissioner Clyde Fitzgerald\, ILA -South Atlantic & Gulf Coast District\; Captain Robert Thompson\, Houston Pilots Association\; Senator Sylvia R. Garcia\; Commissioner Dean E. Corgey\; Bill Garcia of Garcia Realty\, John Taylor of Houston Mooring Company\, Congressman Gene Green\, and Council Member Robert Gallegos.  We will present a scholarship in honor of Commissioner Adrian Garcia at the awards dinner to a deserving student. Your support will help us achieve our goal and help students through our Education Foundation.
